It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Cancel Order

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us (Support@newluxuryhairweave.com) in time after your purchase.

  1. If contact us within 2 hours after your payment finished,10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.
  2. If after 2 hours,20% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handing fee.
  3. Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to cancel it for you.

Return & Exchange

We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 7 days after the receipt (Once beyond 7 days, we will not offer free exchange or free return service, please keep a good contact during this period).

Dislike/Unsuitable Within 7 days
Change style or color Within 7 days
Shipping wrong items Within 7 days
Quality problem Within 7 days
Artificial reason Unacceptable


  1. If you want to return it within 7 days, please keep the item in original condition, Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return and more.
  2. 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise, because New Luxury Hair Weave does not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
  3. No Return & Exchange for customized hair.

Return & Exchange Method 2


Step 1

Please contact our New Luxury Hair Weave services representatives within 7 days of receipt of your hair via mail.

Please indicate the reason you want to exchange or return your hair, please attach any applicable

Step 2

Our customer services representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days. (except for holidays and vacations)
After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return & Exchange address to you.

Step 3

Please ship hair back to the address we provide you, please include the order number. You are also responsible for the return shipping charge.

*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
